What we ship, as we ship it. Every entry below is live on the platform — this page is the public record of the cadence, seeded from the last few weeks of releases. Entries are curated and feature-level; the full engineering history lives in version control.

July 2026

Revenue attribution — Jul 29

Dollars tied to campaigns and journeys from your own order data. Revenue reports gross, refunded, and net per currency (never summed across currencies), refunds land in the period they happen without rewriting past reports, and Shopify tenants enable the whole pipeline in one click. The amounts are measured; the attribution model (last-touch, stated window) is documented and linked wherever revenue appears.

Deliverability dashboard — Jul 25

Every workspace now sees its sending health: per-channel delivery rates, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe rates from the suppression ledger, and a delivery-rate trend over 7/30/90 days — with a per-channel domain authentication (SPF/DKIM) check for email.

Expanded Trust Center — Jul 25

The public Trust Center now maps every security commitment to a shipped control — tenant isolation with Row-Level Security, KMS envelope encryption, the data-request portal — and is candid about certification status and roadmap.

Shopify connector (early access) — Jul 23

One-click OAuth connect with automatic webhook registration, historical customer backfill, rich commerce attributes, and consent-safe marketing opt-in mapping. The plumbing behind abandoned-cart, post-purchase, and win-back journeys for DTC teams.

Multi-message campaigns — Jul 23

A campaign is now a first-class container: audience, content, channels, and timing in one place, with multiple messages per campaign, lifecycle controls (pause, resume, complete, archive), and a report that rolls up per message.

Account security: TOTP two-factor auth — Jul 16

Authenticator-app 2FA with recovery codes for every dashboard user, secrets envelope-encrypted with Cloud KMS — alongside self-service password change and reset flows.

Holdout groups & lift — Jul 15

Reserve a percentage of any send as a control group and read the lift your messaging actually caused — incrementality measurement built into compose, not bolted on.

Client-ready shared reports — Jul 14

Agencies can share a white-label, print-styled performance report at an expiring signed link. No login for the client, your branding throughout.

Chart annotations — Jul 14

Sends, imports, and configuration changes annotate your Overview and Analytics charts automatically — so a spike always comes with its likely explanation. Add your own markers for everything else.

Schedule builder presets — Jul 14

Recurring schedules moved from raw cron strings to plain-language presets with DST-safe timezone handling, plus true one-off scheduled sends.

Email personalization — Jul 10

Liquid merge tags across email subject and body with live preview and test sends — undefined-variable validation happens before the send, not after.

Server-side event tracking — Jul 9

A dedicated hober_srv_ server key tier with per-tier rate limits, an ingestion API for behavioral events, external IDs so your identifiers stay primary, and server SDKs for Go, Node.js, Python, and Java.

Roadmap

Themes, not dates — in the order we currently expect to take them on:

  • Shopify App Store listing — the connector is functionally complete; the public listing adds Shopify's GDPR webhooks and review process.
  • Segment destination & reverse-ETL docs — first-class documentation for the existing Segment/RudderStack destination, then Hightouch/Census compatibility.
  • SOC 2 Type I and EU data residency — as published on the Trust Center.
  • Deliverability infrastructure — dedicated IP options, warm-up guidance, and inbox-placement testing.
  • Migration importers — subscriber and template import from incumbent platforms, with a parallel-run playbook.
